We currently do not offer refunds. However we offer a 7 day free trial before you subscribe to see if DragonBot is the right match for you.

If you want to cancel or modify your DragonBot subscription, head over to your account settings in the Chrome extension (by clicking the user icon on the top right). Next press the manage billing button. You can now change your card or choose to cancel your subscription. You will still be able to use DragonBot for the rest of your current subscription period.

No, as long as you don’t abuse DragonBot and overwhelm the Depop server. DragonBot automates tasks that you could perform yourself, at the same speed that you would perform them. However, we still reccommend that you take frequent breaks when using DragonBot and refrain from using the mass messaging feature to spam users as this will lead to your account being banned by Depop! DragonBot is a powerful tool that, when used correctly, will save you plenty of time and increase your Depop sales.
